Our operator, Lizzy, was so quick to reply to our questions and told us as much information as we needed to hear. She even organised a collection from the airport for us at no extra cost (even though we didn't start our safari until 3 days later). When we visited their office we told them we were heading to Mombasa after the safari and they even booked the train for us as we were having difficulty with the website.The safari itself was so smooth from beginning to end. Our accomodation was lovely and helped us relax with good food after long game drives. Our driver Joseph was phenomenal. His knowledge of the wildlife was superb and he went the extra mile to make sure we got the best photos and viewing. He also must have answered a million and one questions from us and he always replied with a smile and with some new fascinating info. Our only constructive criticism for the company is that their office was a little bit difficult to find but overall this was a once in a lifetime experience for us and we would highly recommend this company.Verified Just a wonderful safari experience Maybe the stars aligned that I got an excellent tour guide in Stanley and interesting/friendly tour mates from CO that my safari experience can only be described as unforgettable.
